Okay for the most part, although not if it makes the original conversation impossible to continue. If it's something that probably should have been private, please do ask me first -- it's probably an OOC mistake, not an IC one.
[Offensive subjects]
I can't handle medical horror with people in it like at all. What I mean by this is that, for instance, creepy abandoned hospitals are fine but anything in the area of old-fashioned dangerous psychiatric medical practices or people waking up during surgery and terrifying things happening or doctors intentionally sabotaging the recovery process of their patients is an absolute no never I will probably cry.
Talk to me about fighting/violence/torture stuff, we can figure something out but I do want there to be ooc discussion involved.

He's from 1881 in a high-class, religious setting, so he's used to people being really conservative and may not approve of your sexual openness or your women showing off their ankles. Also, technology is dumb. Please feel free to smack him with modernity.

There's nothing that I'm going to PREVENT you from mentioning, but if you want to stay on his good side I'd avoid mocking his family or prying too far into his personal life. He'll tell people things if he likes them enough.
[Trolling/Mindscrewing/etc.]
General teasing and trolling is fine, talk to me about anything hardcore.
[Fighting]
Anything that won't take emergency medical attention (PAPERCUTS GO) is fine, talk to me about anything hardcore.
[Flirting/Hugging/Kissing/etc.]
Friendly physical contact is totally fine, and you're free to try romantic/sexual stuff. It probably won't work.
[Fourthwalling]
Do you really play a character that reads 70s BL manga? If you do, go for it! Tell him he's the one that nobody remembers and barely gets any.
[Hacking/Mind reading/Stalking posts.etc.]
I try to mention when things are hackable, and if I don't you can assume that they aren't. Feel free to have your character respond or know things accordingly! And mind reading and so on would require OOC contact no matter how I felt about it, so there you go.
Also, a small warning: Kaze to Ki no Uta, being one of the classic shoujo tragedies of the 70s, is extremely triggery, most notably in portraying underage sexuality, prostitution, rape, grooming, and incest. Jules isn't a main character so he avoids the worst of it, but there is a small chance that such topics would come up in a serious conversation with someone that he really trusted. If you're afraid that a conversation is going in that direction (and again, it's very unlikely) and are uncomfortable with it, please tell me.
